Loading/Unloading:
Clients needing to unload items at the Memorial Union (MU) loading dock may check out a dock pass at the Information Desk (1st floor of the MU) for a 30-minute load in and load out. 480-965-5728.
Parking:
Visitor parking is available in the Apache Parking Structure located at Apache and Normal. This is the closest parking structure to the Memorial Union. Pick up a parking validation at the conference Registration Table.

Check-in at the Registration Table located outside the Ventana Ballroom (241). Exhibitor displays will be located in the Arizona Ballroom (221), which is adjacent to the Ventana Ballroom.

One 6 ft. table with 2 chairs and electricity. Please bring your own power cable.
Exhibit Teardown:
December 10 at 3:00 p.m.
