The 22nd Arizona Pavements and Materials Conference provides an excellent opportunity to increase your organization’s visibility and influence through sponsorship and exhibition opportunities. This event will connect you with industry leaders and key decision-makers in the roads, pavements, and materials sectors.
★ The exhibitor registration fee of $1,800 includes a six-foot table, two chairs, and electricity in the Arizona Ballroom, as well as registration for two (2) people.
★ If you would like to reserve a booth, please click the “Reserve a Booth” button above. You can choose to make a payment only by credit card.
★ Exhibit spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibit Setup:

Exhibit Open:
November 19, 2025 | 8:00 am – November 20, 2025 | 3:00 pm
Loading/Unloading:
Clients needing to unload items at the Memorial Union (MU) loading dock may check out a dock pass at the Information Desk (1st floor of the MU) for a 30-minute load in and load out. 480-965-5728.
Parking:
Visitor parking is available in the Apache Parking Structure located at Apache and Normal. This is the closest parking structure to the Memorial Union. Pick up a parking validation at the conference Registration Table.

Check-in at the Registration Table located outside the Ventana Ballroom (241). Exhibitor displays will be located in the Arizona Ballroom (221), which is adjacent to the Ventana Ballroom.
Exhibit Space:
One 6 ft. table with 2 chairs and electricity. Please bring your own power cable.
Exhibit Teardown:
November 20 at 3:00 p.m.

After registering for the conference, exhibitors must provide the following information logo image file, website URL, company address, contact information and a one paragraph description.
